An estimate, not a promise. It assumes each item resells at 55% of the store's regular price, the buyer talks you down 10%, and the marketplace keeps 13%. Sales tax, gas and your time are not counted, and bulky items sell slower. Stock counts are from the last scan, and selling ten of one thing takes longer than selling one. 5 items on this list do not clear a profit at these numbers and are left out.
