Endless is a clearance monitoring platform that tracks price drops and inventory changes across various retail websites. We collect publicly available pricing information and present it in an organized format for our subscribers.

• Search and filtering capabilities
• Email alerts for price drops (on applicable plans)
• Data export functionality

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

3.1 Plan Types

• Bronze ($10/month): 1 store, 7+ day old data, basic features
• Silver ($25/month): 3 stores, 2+ day old data, advanced features
• Gold ($50/month): 5 stores, real-time data, premium features

3.2 Billing Terms

• All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payments are processed via Stripe
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• No refunds are provided for partial months
• Plan changes take effect immediately for upgrades, at next billing cycle for downgrades

4. User Responsibilities and Restrictions

4.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or download excessive amounts of data

We are not affiliated with any of the retailers we monitor. We are not responsible for their policies, pricing decisions, or inventory management.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Endless and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
